It about islamic way of life. A PHD student experience staying in UK with high determination to strenghten the Islam way of life (in finance,social and etc). Its not only one story but mix and we can choose to read based on chapter. I think he is smart when he choose Syariah in finance which he became one the pioneer of islamic finance in Malaysia.
This book have two parts first on his bachelor to PHD and second is his job journey from bankers to a lecturer... I admire how he can study and give talks. In other words he use what he learnt and he can write too. He wrote alots of books. Dr Zaharuddin Abd Rahman, i knew him in progam tanyalah Ustaz then i just discover he is teaching in IIUM. I not good in doing synopis but this book make me realize that as a muslim in any way we wajib choose product based on Syariah... anything on riba is haram...i change my credit card due to this ...now all my loans and account is base on syariah .. insya allah There a lot of thing we must do as a muslim ...
Reading this book motivate me to run and run and learn as much as i can, and try to share and use my knowleadge on the benefit of others Insya Allah.
